SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping your product is our top priority and we ship hundreds of products to happy customers around the world every day. However, as most of our warehouses are located overseas, shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing Time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our suppliers for verification, customization, quality control and packaging, which may take 1 to 3 additional days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes to ship items from our warehouse to your destination, which typically takes 10 to 15 days, although actual shipping times may vary.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that will allow you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time (link to tracking page). Please note that although most of our shipping companies provide tracking, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
